1.解詞釋義

Third wheel就是馬車的一根軸子上裝了三個輪子，是多余的。因此，借之比喻為“礙手礙腳的人”“不合時宜的人”，也就是我們中文中說的“電燈泡”的意思。

2.拓展例句

Well . . . sometimes when I'm with Justin and Lisa, I feel like a third wheel .

嗯...... 我跟賈斯汀和麗莎在一起的時候，有時候我覺得自己像電燈泡。

Ps：on ahead是副詞性短語，意思是“搶先”“提前”。與動詞go連用表示“先走”的意思。例如：
