金融機構存款準備金率
the reserve requirement ratio (RRR) for financial institutions
為加大對實體經濟的支持力度，并降低社會綜合融資成本，中國人民銀行12月6日宣布，決定于2021年12月15日下調金融機構存款準備金率0.5個百分點(不含已執行5%存款準備金率的金融機構)。
China's central bank said Monday it has decided to cut the reserve requirement ratio (RRR) for financial institutions, to support the development of the real economy and reduce comprehensive financing costs. The ratio will be cut by 0.5 percentage points, effective on Dec 15, except for those financial institutions that already implement a 5-percent ratio, said the People's Bank of China (PBOC) in a statement.
