6月24日至25日，在北京舉行的中非合作論壇北京峰會(huì)成果落實(shí)協(xié)調(diào)人會(huì)議取得圓滿成功。中國(guó)國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平向本次會(huì)議發(fā)來(lái)賀信，包括蘇丹在內(nèi)的54個(gè)非方成員近400位代表踴躍與會(huì)，會(huì)議審議通過(guò)了成果文件《聯(lián)合聲明》。本次協(xié)調(diào)人會(huì)議是中非攜手推進(jìn)落實(shí)去年9月北京峰會(huì)成果的重要舉措，會(huì)議就中非合作對(duì)接了思路，凝聚了共識(shí)，明確了方向，是推動(dòng)中非合作共贏和中非全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系深入發(fā)展邁出的堅(jiān)實(shí)一步。考生如果怕自己錯(cuò)過(guò)考試報(bào)名時(shí)間和考試時(shí)間的話，可以 免費(fèi)預(yù)約短信提醒，屆時(shí)會(huì)以短信的方式提醒大家報(bào)名和考試時(shí)間。

本次協(xié)調(diào)人會(huì)議以行動(dòng)為導(dǎo)向，推動(dòng)峰會(huì)成果落實(shí)取得新成效。不同于國(guó)際對(duì)非合作的其他機(jī)制，中非合作論壇不是“清談館”，而是務(wù)實(shí)“行動(dòng)派”。協(xié)調(diào)人會(huì)議注重實(shí)效，把中非之間的戰(zhàn)略和政策對(duì)接作為重點(diǎn)。去年論壇北京峰會(huì)落幕以來(lái)，中非雙方圍繞“八大行動(dòng)”密切對(duì)接協(xié)調(diào)，600億美元資金安排有序推進(jìn)，峰會(huì)成果落實(shí)取得重要早期收獲。本次會(huì)議期間和后續(xù)召開(kāi)的首屆中非經(jīng)貿(mào)博覽會(huì)期間雙方簽署各類合作協(xié)議200余項(xiàng)。未來(lái)三年，雙方還將根據(jù)制訂的國(guó)別落實(shí)方案推動(dòng)實(shí)施880多個(gè)合作項(xiàng)目。

Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory message to the Coordinators’ Meeting on the Implementation of the Follow-up Actions of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) which was successfully held in Beijing on June 24 and 25, 2019 with the presence of roughly 400 representatives from 54 African members, including Sudan. At the coordinators’ meeting which is a major initiative for the two sides to jointly advance the implementation of the outcomes of the Beijing Summit in last September, the two sides deliberated and adopted the outcome document Joint Statement, and compared notes, built consensus and put the way forward for China-Africa cooperation, a solid step forward in promoting the in-depth development of China-Africa win-win cooperation and China-Africa comprehensive strategic and cooperative partnership.

Remaining action-oriented, the coordinators’ meeting will push for new achievements in implementing the outcomes of the Beijing Summit. Different from other international mechanisms on cooperation with Africa, the FOCAC is not a talking shop but a task force. In pursuit of concrete results, the coordinators’ meeting focuses on the synergy of strategies and policies of China and Africa. Since the FOCAC Beijing Summit was concluded last year, the Chinese and African sides have worked closely to intensify integration and coordination with a focus on the eight major initiatives and advance the arrangement of the 60 billion US dollars in an orderly manner, and jointly pushed the implementation of the outcomes of the Beijing Summit for early harvests. The two sides witnessed the signing of over 200 cooperation agreements during the coordinators’ meeting and the subsequent First China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, and will carry out 880 cooperation projects under the formulated country-specific lists in the coming three years.
