1. 和平穩(wěn)定是發(fā)展的前提和基礎(chǔ)。

點(diǎn)評(píng)：該句與第一篇二級(jí)筆譯的英譯漢文中的一個(gè)句式結(jié)構(gòu)相似：“不論大小，強(qiáng)弱，貧富”，可以按照讓步狀語從句的特色句式譯成：All countries, be they large or small, weak or strong, rich or poor, should enjoy equal footing in the international community. 我們?cè)跐h譯英的講解中曾經(jīng)練習(xí)過類似的句子：大自然對(duì)人的恩賜，無論貧富，一律平等。Equal are the generous gifts blessed by nature to all human individuals, be they rich or poor.

4. 尊重文明多樣性，在交流互鑒、取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短中相得益彰、共同進(jìn)步。

點(diǎn)評(píng)：該句中“取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短”的譯法是一個(gè)要點(diǎn)，漢語中很多表達(dá)法習(xí)慣與正反同步式，而英語中的表達(dá)習(xí)慣是或正，或反式，因此，翻譯該成語切勿譯成：draw on each other’s strength and make up each other’s weakness。我們?cè)谂嘤?xùn)中強(qiáng)調(diào)的成語譯法，如：有增無減 be on the constant increase,而不能譯成：increase without decrease。

2. 中國(guó)綠色照明工程的實(shí)施，推動(dòng)了照明電器行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的整體提升。

The implementation of China’s green lighting program has given an impetus to the optimization of the lighting industrial structure and to the integral upgrading of the quality of the product.

點(diǎn)評(píng)：該句中“優(yōu)化”，“提升”以及“推動(dòng)”是要點(diǎn)。英語書面語表達(dá)的一個(gè)特點(diǎn)是詞匯與詞匯之間的固定搭配the optimization of …structure/upgrading of…quality以及復(fù)合謂語動(dòng)詞的使用，即，動(dòng)詞+名詞+介詞共同形成謂語部分：give an impetus to …

3. 一些企業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和工藝水平已達(dá)到世界領(lǐng)先水平。

Some enterprises have already led the world with their superior quality and workmanship.

點(diǎn)評(píng)：該句中“質(zhì)量”，“水平”與動(dòng)詞“達(dá)到”在英語中就不是正常的搭配關(guān)系，根據(jù)日本語言研究社的《英語搭配大辭典》，我們可以找到相關(guān)的合理組合，亦即上面的參考譯文，以“企業(yè)”作主語，“達(dá)到”作謂語，“水平”作賓語，“質(zhì)量”與“工藝”作方式狀語(介詞短語)。我們?cè)谥v課中曾講過這樣的句子：中國(guó)人民非常欽佩美國(guó)人民的開拓精神。The Chinese people appreciate the Americans for their pioneering spirit.而不要譯成：The Chinese people appreciate the pioneering spirit of the American.
