Actually speaking, I often eat healthy food, such as meat and vegetables. In my opinion, they can provide nutrition for me and make me stronger.

When it comes to food, we can have so many different choices. But we need to keep a cool mind and choose food which are good for ourselves. As a result, it’s better for us to stay away from junk food.
