1.Appointment 約會
A:How do you make an appointment on the computer?
B:Use the Calendar function.
A:你知道怎樣在電腦上安排約會嗎?

2. Attach document 附件
A: How do you attach a document with your email?
B: Click on the Attachment, browse to the document you want to attach, and click OK.考生如果怕自己錯過考試報名時間和考試時間的話，可以 免費預約短信提醒，屆時會以短信的方式提醒大家報名和考試時間。
A:怎樣在電子郵件中加附件啊?

3.Data backup 數據備份
A: Do we have a data backup system?
B: We do for CAD data. You have to backup the other files yourself.

A:Would you like to have a laptop or a desktop?
B:Laptop would be better. I can work at home that way.

7. Microsoft Project 微軟項目管理
A: Do you know how to use Microsoft Project?
B: I know a little bit. What do you want to do?

A: The network card is not working.
B: I will replace one for you.

B: You have too many applications open.

A: How do you get the toolbar for Picture?
B: It’s in View, Toolbars.
