　　with復合結構由with+名詞十分詞(形容詞，不定式，名詞，副詞+介詞短語)構成。

　　He sat with his arms clasped round his knees. (名詞+過去分詞短語) 他雙臂抱膝坐在那里。

　　With the stock market falling， the prospect of Asian economy is bleak. (名詞+現在分詞)股市下跌，亞洲經濟前景暗淡。

　　With nothing to do， I went on a round of the bookshops. (名詞+不定式) 手頭無事可做，我就去逛書店。

　　He was lying in bed with his clothes on. (名詞+副詞) 他穿著衣服躺在床上。

　　They stood with their backs to the wall. (名詞+介詞短語) 他們背朝墻站著。
